CONGRATS to vasunshine (Teresa Kline) who is this week's featured Stamper on SCS. You don't want to miss out in browsing her gallery. It is packed with color, great sketches, gorgeous DP, and lots of chunky ribbon. I chose this card to CASE:FS90 *~*Congratulations Kay*~* by va.sunshine at Splitcoaststampers
I liked the way Teresa fussy cut the designer paper to add interest and a faux layered look. She uses bold images as a focal point which seems to be something I gravitate to as well. I kept true to her sketch and elements. I reversed the location of the striped DP, and changed the location of the sentiment a well. I also added a layer to the matting. All elements are SU except the pearl brad. These brads are my faves and can be found in the wedding section at Mike's. Thanks for looking!

This dp is so nice. I just ordered some. I like the way you created your main layer. The diagonal square with the circle gives it a nice focal point. Super job.

WOW! I love this combination, Christine! The medallion with the pearls center and the ribbon go really beautifully with the dp!! Great job!

Oh that is so bold and delightful Christine!! I love your use of the new incolours and the the dp!! The circle circus image in the centre is so well done!! Nicely placed on the crushed curry -and the pearl as centrepiece is just perfect!
