Here's the card with the message pulled out. I don't remember where I saw the tutorial. You punch a slot in your cardstock, slide the strip through, and glue on a piece of cardstock on the end (wider than your slot) to stop the sliding.
For the image, I stamped in Versafine, embossed in detail clear embossing powder, and watercolored with SU reinkers.
