I made this for my nephew's 18th birthday. Aren't teen guy cards tough! The card is a 6x6 square. The guitar image on yellow was a leftover from some thank you notes my son was making. He did the cards on PowerPoint with an image pulled from the internet (boy way -- easy), but laid it out wrong so that the fold was in the wrong place. He reprinted, but left the "mistake" one on the table by the cutter. SO, I claimed it & gave it new life (hate to waste printer ink!).
For the star, I cut open a soda can, stamped a star in black StazOn, then cut it out & attached it with an eyelet. Ran the silver metallic paper through the Cuttlebug. I don't actually own the It's a Sign set, but my friend ruby-hearted mom pulled it off one of her cards for me -- thanks Bev! |
