 | | I've been meaning to do a card with the faux tooled leather bg for a while now. It's one of my favorite techniques. Today's color challenge to create white cards got me to thinking about do this technique in white.....why not? Heat embossed the bg stamp with versamark and clear ep. Then sponged river rock ink over it to bring out the details of the stamp. The rest came out of the scrap pile. Couldn't find a second copper ring in either the shiny or aged variety, so I used what I had and it will just have to do.
Pat Smethers, if you see this, I gotta tell ya, I was thinking of you the whole time I was making this. I know you love this technique as much as I do! |
