Today we are honoring Kisa, aka Kisamari, as the featured stamper. I am not very familiar with her work and really enjoyed perusing her gallery. I chose to case her stunning Sandy Sunsets card. We are required to change two or more things in our casing of the featured stamper's card. I changed:
1. colors
2. stamp sets
3. added slotted punch and brad at top
4. made my own designer paper framing my main image
While we don't have palm trees in Michigan, we are blessed to have many lakes, especially the Great Lakes. This scene reminds me of walking the northwestern shorelines of our beautiful state with my grandfather collecting sea shells. Creating scenery cards, such as this one, are definitely a stretch for me and they take me quite a while to make. I am pleased with how this one turned out.

Charlene sells seashells by the seashore!!
I can see your little seashell stand peeking out of the corner...
This is truly a lovely beach scene, Charlene, and I am happy to know it brings back good memories of you and your Dad!

Love it, love it, love it! The way you made those waves/breakers in the ocean or lake or whatever looks like the real things. So you don't have palm trees in Michigan -- pretend you borrowed some of ours here in Florida! Great card.

Wow, I can almost feel the sea breeze. What a glorious card that brings a refreshing feeling just gazing upon it. TFS
