Love the challenge today to use a stamp to create a border. I used a little stars & bars stamp and a stamp-a-ma-jig to line it up all the way around.
I stamped my border using VM and embossed w/ clear ep onto the camo dp. Then I stamped & embossed the soldier arch in the middle. I stamped & embossed the soldier arch again onto the khaki speckle c/s. Then w/ a brayer, I inked over both images w/ the cobalt ink and wiped the ink off the embossed areas.
I inked the soldier arch again w/ VM then applied the cobalt on top and stamped onto the camo dp again and quickly embossed w/ clear ep. I cut out the soldier only and added a slight edge w/ the white marker.
I cut out the inside of the first arch area and replaced it w/ the cut out arch area from the khaki one. Then I added the soldier and attached him w/ foam tape. This is attached to a khaki speckle layer. I punched the corners & added brads. It's attached to a layer of the camo dp and then a navy card.
The sentiment was stamped onto the khaki then cut out w/ the nestie tag and attached to a navy layer.
Thanks so much for looking
