Thinking of Flowers (LSC218)

The Limited Supplies Challenge was to use a stamp or stamps to create a border. A wheel is a stamp, right? That's what I used for my border, and then I colored the flowers on the seed packets with SU! Markers. Originally, I stamped the sentiment directly on the base card, but I stamped it upside down! So, I had to mat the sentiment and pop it up instead! I hate those double mounted sets! LOL! Thanks for taking a peek!!!
