For The Technique Lovers' Challenge 20and Limited Supply Challenge 20. I used WCcrayons directly on stamp and then spritzed stamp with water and stamped on WCpaper. Then stamped outline stamp on top. Background is baby wipe technique. Buckle is Pewter Hodgepdge Hardware.
