Hmm....this card kinda looks like the circus is coming to town! Too much happenin'? I do like bright colors though, and this was a good way to use up some Bold Brights scraps, as well as another vellum scrap.

Wonderful! The color scheme is terrific. Can you imagine finding this lovely card in the mail after a day of the same-old-same-old? I'd have a grin the size of the Great Lakes. TFS
