This is my card for Cindy's tea-party this week.
I don't really do arty. At least, not intentionally - it sometimes happens accidentally.
After a lot of looking I finally found these little Jolee's pear embellishments that once came as a freebie in an order.
The base is 4 1/2", green Bazzill, and then some winey coloured Bazill. The next layer is Polished Stone, with Caramel, Butterscotch and Gold Mixatives. I stamped it with a Hero Arts script stamp in Versamark, and embossed with white EP.
I made some more Polished Stone with Lettuce and Meadow and Gold Mixatives, and then some with Raisin, Cranberry, Currant and Red Pepper.
I punched 2 concentric circles from the purple, and one from the green and layered them up, and added the pears. I added photo corners (Bazzill and Polished Stone) with snaps in two of the corners.
It's lacking something...I had a sentiment in the centre, but that made it TOO regular and geometric. Then I tried a little butterfly charm, and some scroll-y hardware, but nothing looked right so I left it as it is. All suggestions welcome.
As I am late, I needed all that alcohol to preserve my fruits. (Those are grapes, all those purple circles, yes??)

Oh this is polished stone puuuurrrty! I love how you took a bite out of all of the pears before stopping yourself at the last one, hee! I don't think this card needs a single thing, it's pair-ific and pairfect and su-pair, hee!

Sabrina, I agree with Kelly, I wouldn't change a think. I love the circles behind your pears. The polished stone made for a beautiful background. Great card. I think you did artsy very well.

I am so glad you finally kicked your friend and her kids out of your house so you could look for these pears! Sabrina, silly girl, you do artsey fartsey very, very well! This card is amazing.....very, very artsey! I love that you layered your pears on grapes and I love that three are cut open and one is whole! The colors and background are awesome and the corner treatment is the perfect subtle finishing touches!
Love that you are here. Do you play poker? Maybe you can beat the gorilla at that game!!! Someone needs to, he is getting very, very obnoxious!
Thanks for coming girl! And for the link! And for this awesome card! Hope you had fun with your friend yesterday!

Oh, I love how your polished stone turned out!! So that's how it works with the right supplies! I have never used alcohol inks. Pretty cool. I think your card is just perfect the way it is! I LOVE the pears on top of the circles, and how you offset the circles. The frend writing background looks great on the polished stone. This is a great card!

Love the title of your card. Never would have thought of cutting the pear to show the inside. The one leaf is a nice touch. Very creative. I don't think you are late. It seems to be a never ending tea party. What fun.

There is nothing lacking with this card! Your polished stonework is superb and I love the background writing. The pears are perfectly highlighted by your grape circles. Lovely, really lovely.

Nope can't think of a thing that would make this better. I tried but it is hard to beat perfection!!
And Cindy is right, That gorilla is just getting too crazy for his own good. He has almost wiped out the whole tea party of their extra chips!! Even Charlie the Church Mouse is empty pocketed now!!

Sabrina, don't tell anybody, but I think you squeezed some of that fermented juice from your grapes into your coffee, that is why there are so few on your card. LOL Did you get in on Kelly's poker game? Hope you did not slip on that banana peel. I just love your beautiful background. Love your polished stone and the txt bg. Very fine use of those freebie pairs. Nicely done. Love it.

What in the world do you mean that you don't do arty? Everything you do is arty and creative and stunning!
This is no exception. I adore your colors and your arty pears against the script background. The colored circles behind your pears is fantastic! tfs
