Maddy made this card for her older sister Bronte...it was Bronte's birthday earlier in March and for some reason we didn't upload it then - so...this is a case of 'better late than never!'
Bronte's name was made up of letters that came all the way from New Zealand, from Nana, as well as the number 13.The rest of the supplies have come from both Maddy's and my supplies. I love it how Maddy just quietly works on her own design...is horrified if I ask her does she want some help, but listens to advice if she asks for it - what a shame this only applies to stamping!!
Store brought cards are a thing of the past in our house...everyone makes them now...sorry Hallmark...I love it because I can justify all of the stock in 'Craft Central' by saying 'look we have saved some money here!' (Yeah right - as if there is any comparison!! LOL!!!)
Thank you for your comments on Maddy's cards, she is always so encouraged and loves to read what the 'professionals' have said! I am thrilled that she is interested in stamping....I love having the time together!!!
Thank you for looking...and for your encouragement!

Enjoy the way you share your cardmaking - I have recently 'inherited' my daughters gear - and she was the one who got me started!!! Love the card too - one great nana to send such thoughtful gifts :-)

Maddy! Look at you! Lil Sistah, someday you will be driving the Twisted Sister Bus. I love your style and how you used the letters for Bronte. I especially love how you wrote Happy Birthday and added the heart. There is nothing as special as a sister, huh? It is easy to see how much you care for your sis in this beautful work. You Rock Maddy Girl! XXXOOO Aunt Patti
P.S. I will tell Uncle Buffa about this tomorrow. Everyone here is snoring! Tee-hee!

Another lovely card!! You are doing really well and your cards are so bright. I have been making cards for my family too,
my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughter. The next one I make will be for my half-brother, his birthday is in April.

Beautiful little gem! I love the funky letters and numbers. Bronte must have just smile with pride at this card made by the cute little hands of her cutle dimpled cheeked sister Maddy! I love the little sentiment, I have those in french if you ever need them. LOL Sweet card, way to go sweetie.
