I needed to make a card for my nephew, who is turning 3, so I pulled this retired set out. I made the clouds by sponging around a scallop cut out and re-positioning it until I liked the effect.

I'm looking through your gallery because I LOVE the cards you posted today. This is SUCH a cute card (like your Choo Choo one!). I have a little granddaughter and she's going to be having a baby brother or sister in July and if this baby is a boy, I'll be looking to buy ALL the retired cute little boy stamp sets! <g>
