Julia said this for the challenge: “Today's challenge should be a fun one as the challenge is to create using a frugal find. Whether it's something inexpensive or something recycled find ways to incorporate it into your design. After all, if we find ways to save on those embellishments, we have a little money for those stamps.”
My first frugal find is the designer paper, I found a pack of assorted prints at the dollar store. Our Debbie’s Dollar store (one of a kind) has the neatest finds. The second find is the green which I got from Archiver’s – 5 sheets of 8.5 x 11” free with the coupon and the coral was on sale in a variety pack, also Archiver’s. Third find is the Coluzzle I used for between the image cutting which came from a garage sale and I'll throw the coupon find for the MS border punch and let's not forget the Cuttlebug cast off which I use for embellishments. The last find was the ribbon which is recycled from cards I received from SCS members for my charity work. About 99% of my cards go to charities or directly to the soldiers as moral support or to send back home to family and friends. My mom gets a few too.
I forgot the white is a nice quality paper that a print shop donates.
-The images are stamped using the masking technique, I store mine for future use.
-The image is colored with Prismacolor pencils, baby oil and paper stumps for blending. Baby oil is used in place of Gamsol/odorless mineral spirits.
-For the out of the box technique, I mark the image on the back side that IÂ’ll cut to, cut to the image on the front and flip the panel over to cut to the mark on the back and for between the images I use a straight line Coluzzle template and craft knife then cut out the image with scissors.
-The corner scroll is from the Cuttlebug die cut Vintage Corners and itÂ’s one of the pieces you normally discard.

Luscious colors and embellishments and I do so love those flowers.... I just might have to have them.
