I have been so frustrated all morning. I couldn't find my camera. I always keep it at my desk. I looked everywhere. I asked my coworkers if they had seen it. I thought I was going crazy. Then at lunchtime I went home and there was my camera in my teenage daughter's room. AAAARRRRRGGH!!!
Well, I have it now so I could take the photo of my card and now upload it. I used 2 different pieces of dp. I altered both of them. The bottom layer of dp, I used a gold marker and added gold highlights to it. The smaller piece, I heat embossed a copper flourish to mimic the flourish on the dp. The outside gold frame is from a Christmas card from my friend. It was just a little larger than my card. So I cut it in half and covered up the cut line with a piece of gold ribbon. I heat embossed copper on the brad. I like how the layered flowers look. Let me know what you think of my card. Any suggestions about raising teenagers?

WOW! Gorgeous card! Love your layout! Sorry I don't have any suggestions about teens, my oldest just turned 9 and I am hoping she stays a little girl until she is 18. LOL!
Great job and TFS!

Wow did you ever use a lot of imagination for this beauty. You did a great job of altering the dsp for today's challenge. I love all the colors together; especially the touches of gold. Great layout too. TFS

Hmmm teenagers advice.... The only advice I can give you is just about the time you think you have it figured out it changes. Maybe she was photographing her new card creation. Love your card and I am so glad you found it so you could share. Hugs from one teenager's mom to another....
