This is my card for today's sketch challenge. Success on two fronts - boy, did I ever struggle with this sketch. My desk is littered with abandoned ideas.
But also a big thanks to guitargerle who encouraged me to have another go at misting with watercolour markers and who told me how good mini-misters are. Are they ever!!! As it usually takes me several goes to get an image I am halfway happy with, I was stunned when my first attempt was perfect - if only it hadn't been on the wrong side of a piece of card to use for this sketch. My Heroi Arts mister is taking up residence with my H2Os and being displaced from my desk.
This is so not my colour scheme, but the coral card was one of the many colours I had pulled out over the course of the afternoon, and it went with the colours I had tried out for stamping.
All the card is Core'dinations. The thin strip was embossed with the Textile ef before adding the ribbon. I masked the body of the butterfly and stamped the wings with a floral pattern in green, coloured in with a silver Sakura Stardust pen, and Stickles on the body. I think the Ribbon is May Arts.

Beautiful card, Sabrina! I love the bright, springy colors and the pretty ribbon! The flower image and butterfly are beautiful! Glad you kept going - this is great!
