The silver ribbon is for mental health. The 3 different sizes of brads symbolizes how a person starts in treatment and they gradually get better until one day they have blossomed into the person they were meant to be.
This thank you card is for my family's psychiatrist. She has helped us through a difficult period in our lives revolving around events that started with me. I recently sat in a session with my son who has CP, depression, and high functioning autism... that's tough... or at least I thought. Wow! I was so amazed at how she was able to get him to talk. I'm in tears as I'm writing this. We were able to meet with his school team again with more specific information as to why he acted out as he did recently.

I love how art can help us put our feelings into symbols of beauty and can express things in ways we often cannot. I hope this breakthrough brings your family a new peace and what a blessing it is to find the right professionals who really have compassion for their patients. God is good, and He gives us new HOPE!!
