I stamped her on watercolor paper, cut her out and dry embossed her using an oval Nestabilities, watercolored her using reinkers, sponged the edges of the oval with Not Quite Navy ink, and matted her on a scalloped Nestabilities oval with Not Quite Navy paper. The sentiment is from the Whipper Snapper cling mount set called "29 Again" designed by Anna Wight. I stamped it on vellum paper with Not Quite Navy ink.
I used my corner rounder punch to make the large scallops at the bottom.
The chartreuse colored designer paper has also been sponged with Not Quite Navy ink.
