The circles are cut using the Coluzzle Cutting system. The largest circle with scallops is created by using a corner rounder all the way around the circle edge. I used the 1/16" handheld punch into each scallop to create an extra pop.
The image is stamped in Basic Brown and watercolored with ink pads and a blender pen. Sentiment is from Carte Postale set, and I am still using up the Chocolate Chip satin ribbon from last year's mini catalog.
