Okay Â… what are these? Well DH is building a storage shed in the backyard for me. When you put tar paper down on the roof you put one of these really cool silver disk (1-3/8 inches) on top of the tar paper and then put the nail through it (IÂ’m guessing it helps to prevent the paper from tearing). Anyway, being a man he never empties his pockets in his workshop but on top of the dresser. As I was cleaning up I saw them I just knew I could use them in my card making/scrapbooking! The top disk is an untouched one Â… I embossed the one on the right and used stazon on the one on the left. Sorry the picture isn't clearer ... light bounces off the metal. I can see these used in layers, etc, etc. DH better lock up his stuff in the workshop!
These are paper thin.

I love "borrowing" things from my DH's workshop. I've made some pretty cool jewelry from the stuff I've gleaned from my raids. :-)
Just one question....what is the diameter of the discs?
