Hope...something we all have at one level or another...this card is only simple but I wanted to have the metal snowflake as the main feature. The cute bears are cut from DP that I was given, I just love bears! The photo corner was cut from offcuts and then I just ran the inkpad over it, experimenting really but like the effect...while the inkpad was still in my hand and my fingers messy, I ran it over the embossed card as well, it seems to give the card a more 'earthy' feel.
I have mixed feelings when I look at this card...on one hand I think it is finished and on the other I think maybe it needs something else - what do you think, I would love to hear...thanks for taking the time to look!

Oh I really like it the way it is! I love how you used the snowflake as the main focus of the card. Super cute bears and awesome job cutting them. You really did a great job on this one. TFS!

great texture on this card, Linda and like you I love bears...I loved it when I could buy them for my boys and love them for me!!! I like what you did with the cutouts. I know what you mean about knowing something is not quite right but not knowings whats missing. On this one, what about a piece of sheer ribbon down the right edge of the bugged panel. You might have to lift up the bear a bit to fit it in...or pop the big guy on foam mounting squares. I do love the font of your HOPE

I love it so, the little bears that make me smile. Love the flake and the border, what to add...hum, I don't believe I would add anything, looks fine to me.

I love the leather-like effect you created with that embossed panel on the left!!! Makes me want to dig out my embossing folders! And kudos on having the patience and skill to cut out those adorable bears so perfectly!
I think your card is just perfect the way it is, but if you wanted to add something more and get a little more depth, I myself might stamp a small-scaled, fine background stamp on the large panel in Versamark, something with lots of detail like Unity's distressed sheet music stamp, or Cornish Heritage Farm's weave backgrounder.
