Hi everyone
My card today is for Sharon Johnson's SSNOTIME52 challenge - to cuddle up with Tammy. That is, to make a card Tammy Hershberger style that's warm and cuddly. I can't do the great sewing that Tammy does, so I did faux stitching instead. I stamped the floral images on blue and yellow cardstock, embossed one and cut them out and layered them with punched flowers, buttons, and a store-bought flower with gem adhered. I used shreds of cardstock to tie knots in the buttons. I clear embossed the flourish on the sentiment panel and added a tiny button and a gemstone from my stash.

You fooled me... I would have thought that was machine stitching! Adorable card, Carol! Looks like a soft baby blanket! Thanks for getting cuddly with me for this challenge! (P.S. Your folders are on their way, too... FINALLY!)

Your card is absolutely gorgeous, beautiful colors and a fantastic layout. I agree with Tammy, it does look like a soft baby blanket.
