I enjoyed today's technique...it made me slow down and think and as Martha would say, "that's a good thing!" I can definitely see using this dry embossing again.
I got to use a wonderful A Stamp in the Hand image of different eggplants. And a change from my beloved flowers! I've got three of '07's in colors here, purely pomegranate, wild wasabi, and soft sky. The eggplants are stamped once in Brillance moonlight white and then slightly askew in Nick Bantock damson plum. I fussy cut the mat from one of Basic Grey's euphoria paper group. The oval sentiment is a combination of the B Line Design oval and the thanks a bunch is a Michael's $1 stamp. The oval is inked with versaMark and embossed with Midas Platinum. I used ColorBox dragonfly black for the thanks. Unknow purple gem brads. On the cardbase I once again stamped the eggplants using the Brilliance and then Adirondack cranberry over the top...and embossed lightly.
So tell me what do you think, and thanks in advance for your comments! Happy Monday

I love how the fruit came out with the faux embossed technique and I especially love the way you cut away from the flowers in the dp to fit your panel. This is really awesome Susan. My friend Sharon saw the bd card that you sent me and said that she loved it. She really like the shoe image that you used on it.
