For today's challenge, I was thinking back to when I was a beginner stamper and another stamper that inspired me. LateBlossom here on Splitcoaststampers, or Susan Raihala, wrote about design elements on her blog. One idea that always stuck with me was that lines love curves. So, I would love to see you use at least one line and one curve on your project.
A big thank you to Lisa, Cathy, Sabrina and Jayne for helping me out this week with some beautiful cards. Remember to use the keyword, WT862, when uploading your project so that we can all see your creations. It helps if you link it up back here too. You can view the entire gallery for the challenge HERE.

Great challenge, thank you! I tried to keep this CAS so as to emphasize the lines and curves- I partially fussy cut my stamped image of a hydrangea, coloring it with my watercolor pencils and aqua painter. Added a simple stamped sentiment and a butterfly with a band of purple behind it. Here's hydrangea thank you

I hardly ever use curves, I am more straight lines with more straight lines so this challenge has been stuck in the filter in the back of the mind for a while... Here is one from me. Thanks Toni. WT862 Jolly Season by JBgreendawn at Splitcoaststampers
There are lots of things going on with how my card came to be. First, my card idea started with the Sketch Challenge SC918. Inspiration was also taken from other SCS challenges, plus I'm working on my "Challenge Catch-up" cardmaking goal as well.
Straight Line requirement: My strips and matte layer borders are straight-line rectangles, as well as the stitched line in the ribbon. Curve requirement: the circle die-cuts with and without stitching create curves edges and curved stitching.
