It's Sabrina here as your hostess this week - and I thought we'd celebrate 700 WTUI challenges with a beach party. Let's use beach themed images and/or sand and/or sanding techniques on our cards today. I used the sanded pencil background for mine, along with some seaside treasures. Check out the gallery to see what the rest of team came up with!

Here are some possible tutorials using sandpaper or a sanding block:
or of course you can simply emboss cardstock and sand the raised embossing, especially if you have cardstock with a white or contrasting core.
After you've created your card inspired by this challenge, upload it with the keyword WT700, and then come back and share a link here - that makes it easy for people to find your card .
If you're not sure how to add a link, here's how: 1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one for your card in the gallery, and one for this thread 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE
As always, many thanks to my team mates for creating these inspiring examples for you: Lisa, Toni, Carla and Cathy.
I’m going to try to dream of white sandy beaches & blue waters. The sound of the waves hitting the sand should be relaxing! I’ll play tomorrow when I’m refreshed!
First off I LOVE your Beach Party Poster! 2nd, Congrats on #700! #3 Thanks for the challenge. Although my card isn't all party-like, it is a beach complete with rough sand. Just outside of this frame, to the left, I am doing the limbo.
