I hope you don't mind the early post tonight. It's very windy here in my neck of the woods and I'm afraid we might lose power.
One of my favorite techniques is the emboss resist technique. I thought that might have been too narrow of a challenge, so I opened it up to any kind of resist technique.
I checked the Tutorials page and there are 28 results for the word resist. Here are a few to browse if the whole list is too overwhelming:
Ghosting A big thank you to Cathy,Lisa, Sabrina and Carla for helping me out this week with some fabulous projects. Remember to use the keyword, WT671, when uploading your project so that we can all see your creation. It helps if you link it up back here too. You can view the entire gallery for this challenge HERE.
Need help linking your project? Follow these instructions!
1. Open 2 windows: One window for your project and one for this thread. 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your project window. Highlight the address for your project. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE.
Thank you, Toni, for encouraging me to revisit a fun technique. I went with quick and easy, as I did this in the morning before work, but didn't get a chance to upload until tonight. Hidden Lane

I'm afraid I am going to have to hold you responsible for getting me addicted to these resist techniques. I have been trying the wax paper with the embossing folders and I am just loving the results. I can hardly stop....and I have quite a number of different embossing folders. I also tried the wax paper resist where you just crinkle the wax paper. I think I will be making a lot of cards with these. And of course there are many other resist techniques I haven't gotten to yet.
I've never participated in any of the challenges here (and for that matter, I've never posted any of my cards). I did want to say I love the results that can be viewed by hosting these challenges. Enjoyed viewing these wonderful cards. Thanks for all your efforts. nanette
It was fun to sit and create a card as it has been a while.

I am playing Challenge cardmaking, and hopefully, doing some catching up from really old to fairly new. This is a February birthday card for a dear friend & cardmaking buddy! I've used the blended emboss resist technique.
