I too love silhouette look. I wasn't planning on buying any new stamps for a bit, but as a friend and I are going to stamp store on Sat., guess I'll look for silhouettes. Thinking I might also use one of my brass stencils with sponge and ink to get the look. It's a cone flower. Must go try and find it. Thanks for this super idea.

I promised myself I wasn't going to stamp today until my studio was clean and I was ready for my clubs on Saturday but this challenge was just to good to pass up for cleaning. Here's my entry for today:
Wanted Silhouettes by TexasStampin at Splitcoaststampers
I'll be back later to check out the gallery and comment but I really do need to get back to cleaning and preparing!

Here's my card. It looked nice in my head, but I'm worried it looks a little dreary and unbalanced. Guess that means I have to try again.

I hesitate a bit to post this, as even when making this card I was not 100% happy with my results.
As a card, it's okay, but as a silhouette, I'm not truly satisfied.
I am submitting it, then going back to my table for a better try! Thanks for humoring me:

Here is my second card for today. I decided to use the same layout but added to it and made some changes. What do you think of the changes, do you like it better?
