Thanks Julia!
Oh what fun this card was to make. I really wanted to use this bear today, and this challenge gave me just the right starting point for this fun card.
Grrrreat!
Have a fun stamping day!

Oh, Julia! After such a scare yesterday, and no hurricane, stamping today is so relaxing!
Thank you for choosing Torn Paper! One of the kittens, either KoKo or YumYum, CHEWED up a K&Company paper pad that I JUST BOUGHT!!! I was really upset, and realized that I would have to throw it away, until I read the challenge! Now, YOU saved it from the circular file in my office, (trash bin)!
THANK YOU!!!
Here is today's submission!

I love the ways to use it challenge and have been attempting to do this one each week. I don't tear often, but I do love the look. On this card I put the sentiment on vellum, tore it and added brads to attach it to my card base. As always, thank you so much for looking.

Triplet Birthday
yaay
I love tearing! I did these last week for the birthdays of a set of identical triplets that I know. Their mother color codes them, so I did the pirates to look like the boys.

Well, just how cool  is that? To check the WT Challenge for the day and find that one of your own cards was used as a sample!!??!! I had no idea! Thanks so much, Julia! I'm off to make another for the challenge.

Okay, I realize that this may be "cheating" more than my share here, but I am submitting some projects I already had made, because it seems that I am such a fan of Paper Tearing that I have a stash all ready to go.
I hope that's okay, here is a card I actually submitted to Tuesday's wonderful Color Challenge of Ruby Cocoa Blush, so many people here have already seen it:
Heartfelt Blushing Ruby by squirlsnest at Splitcoaststampers
Next is one I did for an upcoming swap but that nobody has seen yet:
Haunting Halloween treat bag by squirlsnest at Splitcoaststampers
Guess I'm just a paper tearin' fool!
Thanks for a great challenge!

Isn't that fun! It happened to me a few weeks back with a sketch challenge and I was tickled to bits! Such a surprise! Loved your card!

A lot more cutting than tearing here. I'd like to have been more ambitious and tried paper piecing combined with tearing - I've seen some cool flowers done like that. But a migraine means that tearing straight lines was the easy option
.
