Hi crafters. This week I will be hosting the challenge. We are going to take real leaves, small work best and paint and press. Here is the video.

I tried this twice with leaves from my Chinese Pistach tree but the leaves were just too small and just left unrecognizable globs ( too bad as I REALLY like those bgs!) Finally I went walking around my neighborhood looking for a tree with bigger leaves. Finally scored about 6 blocks away . . . . (Desert trees all tend to have tiny leaves to conserve water evaporation in the heat.)

Love this challenge. I will have to take a walk to find a big enough leaf. My yard lacks those kind of trees! Hope to be back with something. Loving what I'm seeing in today's gallery.
