Default WCW054-06-09-2021- Transparent flowers

Welcome to our Watercolor Wednesday Challenge. This week we are going to a video that shows how to create transparent flowers with watercolors. It is a great exercise to practice taking color away, along with water control. You get to choose what style of flower you want to paint and the color.
The gallery should be beautiful.

This was a fast, fun and easy challenge! Taking away color is sure quicker than adding layers and layers. Thanks for today's great lesson, Linda!

So, I tried with different brushes, tried some larger brushes and using a tiny brush for the outline, tried using a #1 mop for the whole thing ( that goes OK -ish_ did the last bunch with the #6 silver black brush, petal and outline and that was "OK" ) it was easier to get that outline skinny the more it went on over the days. but, my hand shakes so, I do not have smooth edges ever.
here are some on the desk from me.

So, I made the petals skinnier and I liked this one well enough to finish it into something
thanks again!
