Welcome to the Wednesday Watercolor Challenge. This week we will continue to use the beautiful colors of autumn on our cards. The video for this challenge is by the talented Debbie Hughes (limedoodle). I could watch her paint all day. She explains how to get the vibrant colors, along with using colored pencils, and white gouache paint. It does take layers of paint and some time. Here is the video, Autumn Watercolour - YouTube Kk5GIcjhvjAZSMUpQY
Northeast Wisconsin is at the peak of color. Took this picture from my kitchen window this morning. See the attached thumbnail. It is a pure picture, no filters.
Hope you can join us and share your experience with this challenge. Have fun. Remember to use the keyword WCW020 when you are uploading. It's helpful if you come back and leave a link on this thread, especially in case you made a typo and people may not find your card.
If you're not sure how to link your card on the thread here, here's how:
1. Open 2 windows or tabs: one window for your card and one for this thread. 2. In this thread, click on reply and type anything you want to show before the link. 3. Go to your card window. Highlight the address for your card. (It says www. splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/showphoto..... and so on) 4. Click EDIT. Click COPY 5. Go back to this thread. Click PASTE

If I could wake up to that view, Linda, I'd be incredibly happy. I've never lived in the country, a city girl. I'm heading to LaCrosse this Friday, hoping to still see some color. I'll be back.

Linda, that photo outside your kitchen window is gorgeous. Our leaves are just beginning to turn. I think we will have good color this year. We have had plenty of rain.

While I love the cooler weather fall brings, coloring with Autumn colors is out of my comfort zone but I've made a stab at it in the spirit of your challenge today.
