Welcome to the third challenge of the VSN TV TALK preview party! I hope everyone is having a fantabulous time.
This challenge is called, Lifetime Docudrama.
The Lifetime Movie Network is one of my favorite channels. Many of the featured movies are docudramas. A docudrama is a movie based on real life events, usually dramatic in nature. A docudrama is bought to make you cry, laugh out loud, cry again, and laugh again. The emotions are usually raw and inspiring.
So, for this challenge, create a layout that documents a dramatic event or period in your life. Include journaling, please. Also, try to use papers and embellishments that add drama to your page.
Some general information about the LIFETIME DOCUDRAMA Challenge:
1. You can create a one or two page layout, in any size of your choosing.
2. You may create a layout with or without photos. The sample pages in my gallery feature one layout with photos and another without.
3. You may use any papers, colors, or embellishments that you want. (Think drama!)
4. You may journal by any method of your choosing (handwriting, computer, stickers, etc.)
BONUS POINTS:
- You will receive bonus points for this challenge if, in the description of your gallery photo, you include all of the journaling on the page(s).
I know that I'm early, everyone. My apologies, but my computer sometimes behaves erratically and I didn't want to take a chance of being late with my challenge details. So, breathe easy, It's only 5:47 p.m. Eastern time.

I think I'm going to pack up my stuff and head home. The library officially closed an hour ago, so I guess Judi and I should leave too. I need to go home and make some dinner.

Is there a certain time frame for us to finish LOs for these challenges? I am going to have to say good night soon.
All the challenges can be done anytime even when the live chatting is over. After you upload your pages in the gallery, make sure you post the link on the thread so we can see them!
Hi denise, Hi JoAnn! I got interrupted during the last challenge, and have only managed to do the journaling for that one! I am going to finish those page before I try to find photos for this one!

Hi again Michelle! Wow you trio are really racking up the Bonus friends points!
I back! Great challenge! I have to do some thinking about this one - good thing I haven't finished my first one yet and its still 90 minutes til DH will have dinner ready!!!
I started Melanie's challenge and then we walked to the store and stopped in at the fire department to send them over to check out the fire the people across the street were having in their yard. It was wet, mouldy leaves . . . and we have a no-burning bylaw in the city . . . and it was really smoky . . . and of course the wind was blowing our way. Fire truck came, without sirens, and helped put it out so now I can think about scrapping again. I'm almost finished Melanie's and then I'll have to decide which to do next!

I think I'm going to sit this one out. I cannot come up with one idea...I even have two girls! I just went back though three years of pics and couldn't come up with one idea. I guess I'm not a drama girl...I love 1/2 hour comedies ;-) I'll work on challenge 2 for now unless I get struck by lightening with a brilliant idea.

I'm with you on this one. I can't think of anything dramatic that has occured to me yet. Unless going to pics from my military experience counts.
