Thanks for starting the thread, Michele! I wondered when the Hor d'oeuvres were going to be! LOL Getting excited for tomorrow! I am looking forward to taking a break from my Hawaii album! I hope there will be lots and lots of neat pages to look at!
Is the time limit 2 hours to do a LO? I couldn't remember for sure. I am glad there are no time limits on the weekly challenges, because my last 2 page LO for my Hawaii album took me a lot longer than that!!!!

Yes, the time limit is 2hours and you wil have until Sunday, May 15th to upload for elibility recognition.
My yougest dd has had something come up that I have to take her to so I will be gone later afternoon. I will be able to chat via my phone though.
I plan on having a scrappin' Mother's Day or maybe a reading one because I am getting a Kindle. I know this because I bought it myself the other day. LOL! (I am waiting until Sunday to open it and my girls can wrap it up.)

How funny!!! I can remember when my kids were home and I did that! LOL
It is ten. Guess I should go to bed and quit playing on SCS. Get rested up for the big VSBN party! I just hope I have no computer problems tomorrow. All day couldn't get on. The computer keeps kicking us off line. Then yahoo or somebody updated, and I lost all my favorites-my quick way to SCS. I got that solved-not the way I like but it gets me there quick.

I might be able to check out the first one or two challenges. Was waiting to hear back from my BFF. We are having a girls night out since everyone in my house is going to be gone for the night! I have a NOOK and LOVE IT!!!! I still read paper books too but the NOOK is FABULOUS :-) DD1 is reading To Kill A Mockingbird and needs help for her project but needs her book; I'm going to download a copy so I can read and help out (I hadWuthering Heightsin HS so never read this one). Too bad you don't have the NOOK because we could 'borrow' books with each other...anyone else have a NOOK????
I am getting excited too! Aside from a Mother's Day supper and brunch, I have kept my weekend free for the mini!
Lucky girl...supper & brunch! My mom is here visiting from NJ so I'll be making breakfast, off to luch at in-laws, then I get to make dinner (though we're grilling so I'll have DH do that).

Since you travel a lot, if you get one, I suggest the Kingle 3G. It has internet access and Amazon pays the fee so no contract or fee for you. I got the regular Kindle wi-fi because I have wi fi at home and probably all I need it for.

I came into my craft area this morning and had to put my sewing away so that I could do some cooking (scrappin'). Since I put everything away where it belongs I can't leave it there and am already making a mess. I've just decided that I'll have to keep decluttering all day. ;)

I've got to run some errands w/ a quick stop planned at Archivers and a run through the grocery store and then I'll be back and ready.... well .... my scrappin' / stampin' area isn't so clean and neat yet but ... that's ok!

Okay, I should be here for the duration. I just watched The King's Speech with my mom. The girls are in the pool playing with friends. DH got his bicycle ride done and is doing the lawn, so he'll be tired out soon...I think that should allow me minimum interruption ;-) I am in my room to organize and get movies ready to play while scrapping.

I've been playing with my digi stuff and CM's software. I'm so excited that I figured out how to make Mickey head confetti and now it is saved a content and I made it in yellow, red and black. woo hoo!
