whew what a walk down memory lane.
i'm trying to do all the challenges that are set forth. i am having a great time. i'm using tools from yesteryear. For this one i used my crimper. remember those?

What a great challenge! I had two epiphanies while making my pages:
1. It's not always about the photos, sometimes it is about the story I have to tell.
2. KISS -- I should ALWAYS make a 2 hour time limit and keep my layouts simpler.

The pages about examining how my life has changed from celebrating a first birthday to a graduation 19 years later. I have very few photos of me so this is the best I could come up with!
Thanks for a great weekend of scrappin' and challenges. The hostesses were awesome and it is fun checking all the galleries.

Here is my submission. The dress was my favourite as a little girl. I think I wore it to every party. The other is me wedding dress which I have only worn once. Crazy how the one dress that makes you feel the most beautiful and is probably the one you have spent the most money on is the one you wear once. Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday.
My floral embellishment wasn't made by me, but I did alter it completely to make it my own!
I covered a heidi swapp clear flower with purple glitter and glimmer misted a tiny paper flower yellow and covered the chipboard swirl in green glitter.
I did already handmake a floral embellishment in another VSBN LO, though!
