To answer your question....no, you don't have to put ALL the supply companies in your upload.
Personally I decide what I will put depending on how much time I can or am willing to put into it. At the very least I do put a few things in each field but I don't list all company names.....for instance I might do this:
Stamps - Various Inkadinkadoo
Paper - Blue Bayou, WW, Basic Grey, SU! DSP
Ink - Basic Grey
Accessories - 2 inch circle punch, misc blue ribbon, brads, stickles
It's up to you to decide how much you want to list and how you'd like to write it up. The reason for giving the details is so someone admiring your work will know what you used specifically in case they'd like to duplicate some part of your work. Giving credit to the company whose supplies you used is good too but you could be there forever....when I buy ribbon at a dollar store or Michaels I just say it was misc. ribbon.... You do not need to list everything and what you do list you do not need to be perfectly specific....it's up to you and your time frame.
