FOULS -- VSBN March 2019 -- March Madness - VSBN19Mar
HERE'S the TWIST ... FOULS!
Each Scrapper will have (3) Fouls to call during our Scrappy March Madness.
The FOUL THREAD will be OPEN Starting Monday, Feb 25! The Page completed for the FOUL can be posted when completed.
A Scrapper can call a FOUL on ANY other Scrapper who is playing along with FOUL Challenge.
If the Scrapper who receives the FOUL isn't able to post their page within 1 week of the FOUL being called, the Scrapper who chose the page may give that FOUL to someone else
A Scrapper can call more than one FOUL on another scrapper (LOL!)
A Scrapper can have FOULS from more than one Scrapper
When a "FOUL" is called, the Scrapper calling the Foul will Post a page another Scrapper has to Scraplift
****Let me give you an Example, let's say Joyce (SCS AnniePanda) calls a "FOUL" on me. She would post in the Foul Thread, "I call a "FOUL" on Lela (SCS - Lmn). She would post the layout (page) she selected for me to Scraplift. I would have to complete that Scraplift prior to posting another layout in the VSBN Challenge.
Scrappers completing the "FOUL" (Scraplift Page) get an Automatic 10 points added to their totals
Fouls will only be available to use until 7pm, Friday March 15.
If a Scrapper ends the Challenge with "unused" Fouls, 3 points will be deducted from their totals

UPDATE ... we'll list those playing along with "FOUL" Challenge so it's only those people who can be considered.
If you want to "risk" playing along with FOULS, you can get the "extra" 10 points, if not, then everyone can still play
Remember, FOULS can be a scraplift of "any" part of the Page ... they added 3 brads, add 3 brads. They added title top middle, add title top middle ... it does not have to be Scraplift of the Whole Page

**** Don't FORGET **** this doesn't have to be hard ... use something from the page (same title, colors, embellishment) or use the layout design ... a "SCRAPLIFT" in this case is something that brings Inspiration from the Page selected

That does sound like a fabulous idea Lela...it would be fun to see how close to the "original" lift the last lift looks like! A whole new version of "telephone" or whatever that game was called that you pass a saying from one person to the next...

I used the layout as a sketch for the most part then rearranged a few things. I loved the layering the original had behind the photo along with the punch work along the edge.
My Foul is finished. I posted the info in the Links thread. I'm organizing photos now with an eye on points and will start pulling supplies to match photos and points - lol

Amy, I do love that LO and have it in my faves but how long do I have....I'm finishing off February before I even contemplate March and get my head around the challenges....LOL. Still doing Joyce Ann's and the scraps challenges at present...for 2 days I've had 2 LOs sitting on my craft desk....I will be back. If I miss the challenge/foul, maybe hit me with it again later LOL.

I’ve picked out my papers and I think my photos, am I right in thinking that I don’t have to copy the wHole page exactly?
I managed to break a piece of glass in a big picture frame trying to put it back together after changing the photos in it so now we have to take it into town to have a new piece cut!

No, you do not have to copy exact! Should be a similarity, like the sketch, or colors, or whatever. Did you see my last lift? I really changed it around, but used the circles and banners.

Sharon (sewflake), since you are passing out fouls today I figure you are ready to be fouled.
Since Joyce Ann's gallery is like eye candy I found one (of many) in my favorites I haven't tackled yet, but think your style would really make this look dynamite.

I am finally here.... And I would like to FOUL a couple of people.
Lela (LMN)- for Fouling me to start with...lol Cheryl (Motherload) - because I love to scraplift her layouts Terry (eeddmm) - because I miss chatting with her all the time
I had no internet on Friday because of the rain, Saturday I was out of town all day and yesterday was the Sabbath.
