Default your favorite adhesive

I was wondering what everyone else uses for adhesive to make cards? I used to LOVE the Adtech Dot Glue Runners from walmart (repositionable) and have used the Adtech Permanent Glue Runner. They must have changed the Dot ones because about 2 weeks after making a card the glue lets go and I have pieces of cards left....aggravating to say the least! Please let me know what you use and where to find it.
Thanks so much for your help!
Vicky

I love my pink ATG gun! It holds my creations together so much better than mono-adhesive. You can get one at Michael's with a coupon. You can also buy the adhesive there with a coupon.

After reading a LOT of reviews about the ATG it is near the top of my list of tools I plan on acquiring. I've tried some recommended adhesives, like the quick dry glue by aileens, but it seems to warp the paper, or is too hard to spread thinly enough.....ATG, here I come!

Terrifically Tacky Tape is my favorite. I also like the ATG. You can find TTT at craft stores such as Joann and Michael's. Try googling too, you'll find tons of online stores that sell it. SU sells it as Red Line Tape I think.

I love my new pink ATG - easy to use and not nearly as heavy as it looks..
I also LOVE the Quick Dry Tacky Glue by Scotch. Doesn't warp the paper and holds like crazy.

I agree that the ATG looks bulky and heavy, but it is NOT.
I thought it would be unwieldy and hefty, but I am surprised by how slick/simple/light-weight it is!

Aleene's Tacky Glue - I use it or a European equivalent 95% of the time. Or maybe even more .

Tombow Mono Multi for most paper to paper, or for repositionable adhesive for my UM rubber. Love the stuff, it has just a tiny bit of 'wiggle' room if I glue it down crooked, then holds like crazy, no warping. I do have the pink ATG, and like it for certain applications, but I find I need that extra 10 seconds of wiggle room for straightening my layers. I would say I used my Tombow and Scotch foam tape for every single card I make.

Has anyone used the Uchida glue tape? I'm looking for VERY inexpensive tape runners and that's about the cheapest (per foot) that I've found. I've done a 6" mini album with 20-25 kids at Project Grad the last few years & have used up all my small runners. They don't usually have a lot of experience so it needs to be easy to use and not get all gunky. Wish I could provide ATGs for all of them! Thanks for any help!
