Default X-Press it Blending Paper

Does anyone know where to get this paper? It was posted on Marianne Walker's blog (I love Markers), but it doesn't say where.

Thank you!

It's the Copic Blender Card. It should be available soon in the US and she will update I'm sure. It's all kinds of wonderful and worth the wait! We used it at CHA and I'm hooked.

Here's an article I got on the subject. It says there are 125 sheets per pack. There are other interesting items coming our way as well.

Copic will sell the Blender Card wholesale in packages of 125 sheets. I'm guessing there will be other quantity options available from individual retailers.

For some reason you cant link the page where to buy it.... if you search for X-Press It Blending Card in the search at the top right it goes straight to it. Also if you want a bigger packet im sure they can get it for you

I did a post on this cardstock HERE....it is awesome....you should be able to purchase it from retailers who carry copic products as they will be able to buy the paper from copic.

Happy Coloring!

Yes I want to try it too. My current favorites are Gina K and Argo Wiggins but I would love to try this new one too. I hope retailers will start selling them soon!

That is 48 a sheet plus shipping and paper is heavy .

It is $37.85 + shipping for 250 sheets of Neenah Classic
I will wait and see if it is really worth that much more money.
I wish someone would offer a small sample for us to try.

IMHO it would be worth it.....Neenah works but if you have noticed you need to let the ink dry inbetween layers and be ESPECIALLY careful when dealing with very pigment rich colors (ie...reds,deep blues) but this new card stock you can add wet upon wet without bleeding. It is also a really nice smooth surface, perfect for stamping. I am using this new card stock for my coloring and using my Neenah for card bases and things like that. I heard that copic is getting this paper in late this month and then will be shipping to stores that order it....

OK I will keep an open mind on this . The only store I have that sells Copics is 35 miles away which is why I look for reasonable shipping.

I see that it is just over 90lb in weight - which is a nice weight. I'm looking forward to using this paper but would love to get just a few sheets to try out before taking the plunge of 125 sheets.

We got to use this paper in the Copic booth at CHA and it is amazing! I was in love with Neenah, but this is definitely my new paper of choice!

We are hoping that local stores would be willing to have out small samples of it for their customers to try... it's one of those things that once you try it... you fall in love! LOL

Default X-Press It Blending Card - Available at iCopic.com

Hi,

I order X-Press It Blending Card from iCopic.com and receive free shipping. From what I know this product is going to weight about 5lbs so shipping will be very expensive so Free Shipping on this product is the way to go. Also, does anyone have the new Swatch Book yet? iCopic inform me that they have ship it out today and I'm waiting for it. So excited!

$5.49 for 10 to try it out is a good price. If you don't think it is something you will buy again you haven't spent much money.

Thanks that is good to know too.
I want to try it but I certainly will not buy 125 sheets at nearly $50 until I am certain I like it a lot better than my Neenah.

I bought Neenah Classic Solar white " Super Smooth" from 7 Kids and it works better than the regular Neenah Classic Solar White .

It absorbs the color a tad more and so the blending is smoother.

Hey there... I just got some of this, and did a comparison between it and a few other papers that I have. I have posted that on my blog if anyone is interested.

It is just my opinion, but I really liked the X-Press It. A Lot! The price is the only off thing for me. Because of price, and how often I mess up LOL - - I will probably stick with my favorite most of the time, but I will definitely use it!

THANKS!! That is very helpful. I really appreciate you taking the time to show the comparisons. I can see smoother shading and gradation of the blues on the bird colored on the X-Press-It. I have never used the Hammermill that you use.

Bumping this thread to ask what white cardstock people are using for card bases. X-Press It looks gray next to Neenah Solar White, which is what I typically use for the bases. I'm looking for something that will match better, preferably available by the ream.

I recently bought a small amount of the Copic Blending Card.........and found it wonderful! Wonderfully expensive also--like all things Copic. I will be ordering a ream from Oozak.com soon. Copics are "crack"....and I'm addicted
