I want to place an order for these but am a bit confused please someone clarifiy a few things for me.
1. Does these roll fit the ATG 700 Model
2. There are two different Item #'s on the tape depot web-site which one should I order ATG 7502 or ATG 7502X and what is the difference between the two.
I have been wanting to order this tape for some time now but didn't want to pay the price from other sites that I have saw. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I ordered this adhesive from Tape Depot and LOVE it!!! The 3M tape I had kept trying to slide off the roller on my ATG and was SO frustrating. The Tape Depot tape has rolled perfectly throughout the entire roll without ever moving on the roller or having tension problems. I'm sold and will definitely reorder!
Okay...I think it is time for me to take the plunge as well. Just placed my first order. I've been stamping and crafting about 20 years and love the ATG! Sure wish I'd discovered it sooner!

Can some of you ladies that read this thread tell me which tape gun you are using? I know 3M makes several and the Tape Depot carries, I guess it is their own model.
I am also interested in knowing if any of you are using the tape gun that the Tape Depot sells.

I use the 714 (red one), if I did not already have it, I would definitely give the tape gun they offer on Tape Depot a try after using their adhesive and being very satisfied. Maybe someone will give it a try and let us know how it works!
okay, newbie here with questions...is this tape double sided adhesive? I use a TON of the 1/4" red liner tape. I don't know that I always need something that strong and it sure is expensive. Could I use one of these guns and the tape you all are talking about? TIA for your help.
Has anyone bought tape for the 700 atg (big yellow gun) and if so which tape did you buy.
I have this gun too and also need to know which tape to get is Reverse Wound Tape 7502 good for both tape guns. I need to place an order so please if you could answer this question I would greatly appreciate it. I posted this a few days ago and I also called the company but they were having problems with thier phones and they rush me off the phone.
I am trying this company as well after reading about it here. I have the ATG 700 (Yellow) gun. Here is the e-mail I sent and the reply from The Tape Depot:
"Reverse Wound Transfer ATG-7502
Length: 36 YARDS - 108 FEET - 33 METERS - (12 Roll Sub Pack)
Size / Quantity: 1/2 inch - 12MM - 72 (12 Roll Sub Pack)
Hi-
I am looking to purchase some tape for my Scotch ATG 700. Would the
above tape be the correct tape for this dispenser? I do not need it to
be acid free. If this is not the correct tape, could you please let
me know what is the correct one? I would like the 1/2 inch size and a
dozen of them."
Their reply:
"This will be fine.
As long as the dispenser can take a 1 INCH CORE.
The Core is the center circle of the tape.
This tape is ACID FREE - ATG - 7502 (1/2 12 ROLL Subpack)
The Tape Depot"
So, I am ordering the 7502 12 of them. I need to pay shipping since this is only $30, but that is only $4.95, so it all washes.
I will report back once I receive the tape and use it.

I have been using this tape for over a year and love it. That is why I bought 24 rolls and will be placing an order for 24 more here shortly. With the large amount of cards I produce this is an AWESOME deal. Great tape.
Blessings.
I don't have an ATG gun yet but have been pricing them. Has anyone tried the one on the tapedepot site? I like their $25 price, but wonder how it compares with the Scotch brand one. If anyone has this one please let me know how you like it.
My order I placed on Wednesday just arrived! I haven't loaded any into my ATG, but I am impressed with their shipping. I guess I better use up my Scotch roll so I can try this stuff out!
Try this. But, in the drop down box that says Length, click on the bottom option that says (12 roll sub pack). Then you can choose what width you want and it will come up at $18 for the 1/4" size.
I used this exact link (which I will have forever bookmarked) to order 24 rolls for my ATG 714. I can't say enough how great this adhesive is. Far superior to the Scotch brand I was buying at my LSS. Better grab, no drifting off the roller and no "boogers". And at $1.50 per roll, this MIGHT be better than chocolate!
I just ordered 24 rolls from the Tape Depot. This is just too good to pass up! I am down to 2 rolls of the 3m so I don't want to run short. Thanks to all who posted about this!
This is amazing! I ordered on Thursday morning, 8am and it arrived today! I paid for standard shipping since I use the 1/2 inch tape and it was $30 for 12 rolls. I have not used it yet, but had to chime in on the fabulously quick shipping! Wow!
Just placed my order, I've been wanting an ATG, but balked at the price--- So, I got their ATG with 12 rolls of tape for a grand total of $43 - free shipping - YEAH!

I think a lot of people are anxious to hear how well their version of the ATG works...you will have to let us know.
I am thinking I should write this company and tell then they owe me "royalties" for all of the people that have "converted" since reading this thread! Do you think they are wondering why sales have gone up?
I used my tape to play a bit tonight and love it, love it, love it. I was using some 3M for the ATG which I had purchased in a pinch. 1 roll for about $5. It broke in the middle and stopped working towards the end. ICK! I love my new tape and definitely think the company owes you for upping their sales! lol!
Thank you so much!!
I just ordered an ATG last week and it came on friday but I only ordered one roll of tape because of what you posted here. I am now going to place my order from tape depot and get 24 rolls before they go up on price. Thats what happened with the ATG gun. I sat and waited and debated and lo and behold its a big price increase now. So i am placing my order now for the 24 rolls from this company before they realize they have a good thing. lol.
I am away from home until 10/5, but I can't wait to try it out. I will post here as soon as I can. I have never tried a 3M ATG, so I can't compare, but I'll be able to let everyone know how it the TapeDepot's works for me.
Okay I just placed my order from Tape Depot. I can't wait till it gets here. I have noticed a lot of residue and buildup with the 3M brand. I hope this is better but anything has got to be better than purchasing those tiny tape runners. I have probably spent a fortune on adhesive alone over the past few years.
