Default Who makes a 1-3/8 circle punch?

I have been told that a 1-3/8 in circle punch works with the Big Pieces set. But who makes a punch that size and where can I buy it? I looked on line but did not have any luck. And it is so hard to tell acurate sizes. Do I need Jumbo, Super Jumbo, Mega, Giga, etc.etc. Why don't they just say this is a 1-3/8 inch circle punch!

Stampin Up makes the 1 3/8" punch. It's on Page 220 of their catalog.

I got a Paper Shapers one from www.allthatscraps It is wonderful and has the lever too. Very heavy duty. Around $9-10 I believe.

Must have been a bit over $10 because it got free shipping, now that I think of it.

The brand is EK Success Whale of a Punch. Stampin' Up sells one and I've also seen them at www.joann.com.

I just got a 1 3/8" circle yesterday at a local store, but the brand is Whale of a Punch - made by the exact same company as what supplies S/U with theirs - one handle operation. And I picked one up at AC Moore last week (different size) and they were $11.99 there - less the 40% coupon.
