Who knows where to get a "CHEAP" Prima Flower embellishment or a comparable version? I love the look but don't like the price...if ya know what I mean!
Or if you can buy them in bulk...that would be cool, too
here's a link so ya know what I'm talking about...
Check out Oriental Trading Company's Fun Expressions catalog. Here's some item numbers:
kv65/65497 24 Sweet Blossom Paper Daisies 3.95
KV65/65539 48 Six Petal Flowers (these look just like primas) 3.95
KV65/65238 16 paper 2 layer daisies with buttons 3.95
kv65/65498 24 Bright Spring Daisy Flowers 3.95
kv65/65540 18 Carnations 4.95
They also have a lot of other great supplies like paperclips, brads, eyelets, ribbon and much more. I have not bought the flowers, but I haven't been disappointed with any other scrapbooking supplies I've gotten.
you could try small silk flowers as well...I too love the primas but they can be pricey...check out walmart...you could get just as many flowers for only 86 cents!!! worth a try!
I don't think the OTC ones are that good of a deal if you consider how MANY you get in a bottle of primas. I just love them!
The cheapest I have seen is frugalities.com because there is always a 25% off coupon code there! Just google "frugalities coupon code" to get the latest one!
Stamping Bear just added Primas not to long ago... the prices seem to be really good. I haven't ordered Primas from them...yet... so far just stamps and Bazzill! ;)
I bought several bottles from Stamping Bear. Their "Got Flowers" were $6.65 which I think is reasonable. I liked that they had so many varieties IN STOCK.

I've been wanting to find some of these cute little flowers. For some reason, www.frugalities.com won't show the pics of the individual bottles. How frustrating! I'd really like to see them before I buy. Darn.

Yeah, I'd agree with that.
There are hundreds of those Primas in every bottle! I'm amazed at how long they last! You can be generous with 'em on any project without fear!

I shop with www.obgunderground.com . She has AMAZING prices on everything I've ever looked at there - not sure of her shipping $$ as I'm local to her & she opens for locals shopping every Tues! Her Got Flowers, for instance, are $5.09 - vs. the quote above of over $6.

yeah, you have to know in advance what colors you want. I love frugalities' prices and quick shipping, but not the website!
eta: if you have the sku of the product you want from addictedtorubberstamps.com you can use it on frugalities to purchase, so if you want to see something on atrs you can go to frugalities and buy it cheaper.
At our local Cord Camera all the (3) packs of Prima were reduced 50% thus making them $7.50/pack. Don't know if other stores are doing this as well but the sales clerk said they were making room for the new Primas.
