I have one set of Nesties, but no Copics. I like my Nesties, but have no desire to buy more.....and I have NO PLANS to buy the Copics, they are just too expensive for me.
I have Nesties and I LOVE them. I need some more- but I have most of the ones I feel like I need.
Copics- I think I would like to have them...but for the expense I think I do ok with what I already have. Maybe one day if I win the lottery or become a full-time stamper (don't I wish) I can get them....but for now I like using my SU markers, my ink pads and aquapainter (which I put rubbing alcohol in) and also my blender pens. Between all those tools I can usually get by.
I have both. I love the Nesties ... I find them so convenient to use and the storage is great (as opposed to punches). I have one set of Copics - however, my friend bought them for me as a surprise gift. I didnt purchase them myself. I have used them a few times, well TRIED to use them, and dont like them so far. But I think that's because I dont have enough practice with them. Trouble is, I have so little time to stamp as it is, that I dont want to spend time practicting. So, if I was buying the Copics, well, I wouldnt have any.

I'm still reading posts -- trying to decide wheither to get a Big Shot or whatever, when I come to the states for a visit in a few weeks. Was also going to look into getting Copics, but think now, I'll just stick with my "plumes" from Michaels and maybe get a set of pastels from SU.
I have two copics, but I only got them the other day, and the only thing I use them for is dyeing ribbon to match SU colors. I can't get the hang of using them to color. I prefer my Prismacolors, which had the added benefit of being free - DH had the big set from when he was a teenager, so we dug it out of storage at his parents house! I do have nesties, but I don't use them nearly as much as I thought I would.
I don't have either. I don't plan on getting either. And I'm SO OK with that. I can get the same results and looks from other products I have, so I have no need for them.
No Copics here and I only have one set of Nestabilities that I've used 1 time so no plans to add to those. I don't see myself ever getting into Copics -- I prefer the look of watercoloring or my Prisma pencils. I'm really glad I only bought the 1 set of scalloped Nesties 'cause I just don't use them. I thought I would, but there they sit.
no copics and never plan on getting any.. I keep eying the prismacolors, but cannot justify them as I have the SU! pencils and pastels and I use them just fine.
as for Nesties: want them, but most likely won't buy them..just lay large hints for presents.. Christmas IS coming..and my birthday is in January....
I don't have either. I would like to get the Nesties as I enjoy punches but feel the nesties would be more cost effective. I have no plans or desire to have copics. Feels like too much of a learning curve involved. Between homeschooling and caring for a special needs child, I have limited time to stamp as it is. Oh - funds are another issue.
I also agree with Cathy H that you deserve a medal!
I don't have either. But I do want to get some Nesties someday. I really like the versatility. And Copics I keep going back and forth on. I wouldn't throw them away if someone bought them for me but I don't see myself spending the money right now.

I have both, as you know. I do love the Nesties that I bought from you, Jimmi, and would like more, but I can live without them.
I can't live without my Copics, though. If I could color as well as Sherry, I wouldn't need them, but since I'm not that talented, the Copics make me look like I know what I'm doing.
I don't have either Copics or Nesties. I don't have outline stamps that require coloring, so the Copics (or any other markers) are not a priority. I would love to purchase Nesties, but they are out of my price range right now.
No Copics. No Nesties, and no Cuttlebug, Big Shot, or whatever to use them in. I seem to be surviving without them, so I have no plans to invest in either.
I don't have either. I would REALLY like a set of Oval Scalloped Nesties but haven't spent the $$ yet. I did get to use some on a card yesterday thanks to a great DSS who sent me some! I don't have Copics either. I see the BEAUTIFUL cards that are done but I probably wouldn't use enough to justify the purchase at this point. ;)

I have neither.
At this point, I have no plans to ever purchase copics. I have 6 other colouring mediums, and I don't think I really need another one - especially that expensive.
I am looking into the nestabilities, but intend to try my Mother's first before I decide whether or not I want to spend money on them.

I have a few of the Nesties and do enjoy using them. I had bought the Marvy Scalloped punches in the Giga size, circles, oval, and square and just traced and cut the sizes to go inside them. They worked pretty good, but the Nesties with all the sizes are much more versatile.
I only got the scalloped version of the Nesties, not the plain edge ones, and still trace and cut whatever shape I need to go inside the scallops.
I don't use the Nesties to emboss the edges of the shapes very much. I don't like doing that extra step and just use them to cut the shapes.
I don't have Copics and won't buy them because they are just too expensive, IMO. I got a set of Bics and Sharpies and think I can color as well as I need to with them.

I am collecting the nesties and using them more and more now. I really like them and love the look they give to my cards. I don't plan on getting the copics because I don't have the patience to practise with them. I love my SU watercolor crayons and markers just fine. I envy those that can color with the copics so beautifully.
I have Nesties - but I buy them at HL with 40% off coupon - couldn't afford them otherwise!
I had some copics - again HL - and sold them cause I didn't like the results I got - could have been USER ERROR but I am not patient enough to get good - I use my SU markers!
I have commented on over 200 cards last night and this morning and noticed that the majority have either Copics or Nesties on them or both.
So, I'm just curious if I am the only person on the face of the earth without
Nestabilities or Copics?
Well, I have bought both and didnt like them and sold them, so I am not completely innocent, lol
Thanks for taking my poll!!
{dont you just love polls???}
I don't have any of the Nesties....Not sure if I want them.
But I do have some of the Copic and ciao markers and I got them at a good price. At http://www.oozak.com/copic.php And I still want to get more of them.
I don't have the nestabilities but do have around 60 copics. I am fortunate that I live near enough to a Dick Blick and can get them when they are on sale. I also have a 10% discount card.
Would like to get the nesties, but right now they are not in the budget. Also, I'm not much for online shopping and don't know of anywhere I can "see-touch and feel". So maybe as a Christmas gift as I do like the look of the nestie borders.
Just purchased my first set of Nesties after months of debating..........had a 25% off coupon for a local speciality shop.....our HL does not carry them......
I have not had a chance to try them yet so I am hoping that the Nesties are worth the expense.....
as far as the copics.....thought about it.....and NO....my Bic Markits , SU crayons and prisma pencils do just fine...... and I do not think I will purchase them.....if I do purchase ANY more markers, they will be the SU markers.
How on earth did you manage to find time to comment on all those cards and participate in WCMD!!! More power to you, I'm just catching up on a few comments now. But a brief glance at the forums and this caught my eye.
I voted no to both. I have no desire for Copics, more than happy with H2Os. I will admit to a small hankering after Nestabilities, and since I was given a Wizard the other day I will probably get some. But I wouldn't have gone out and bought a die-cutting machine just so that I could have Nestabilities. I've managed without them this long.
