SU and Papertreyink both have Kraft cardstock. I've used both and they are both good quality thick cardstock. Not sure about the envies, though.

I've purchased both at XPEDX. Good quality, several varieties. Much cheaper.

Hobby Lobby carries 12 x 12 Kraft cardstock in their packaged paper bins. It is $3.99 for 25 sheets. Lots of times they have their papers 1/2 off, so it's a really good deal. It is nice heavy paper.

Hot Hues has packs of 20 pre-scored 5 x 6 1/2 cards with envelopes in Kraft. I bought them at Target but the package also has a website thinkhothues.com.

I found kraft paper in the shipping supplies, in a roll like gift wrapping paper.

I have used the kraft cardstock from Hobby Lobby, and have used the brown rolled paper and made my own envelopes. I thought both those options worked well for me, but I've never tried any other brands.

I love the SU Kraft. But Bazzill has some as well that is pretty darn good and easy to find, if your stores carry Bazzill.

I bought my Kraft from Oriental Trading. It was decent (probably not as good as PTI) and priced well. I make my own envies or just used pre-made white ones.

I wanted to come back and say that I saw some 12x12 kraft CS @ Joann's today. It was 25 sheets and was on sale for less than $3. I picked some up but haven't played iwth it yet. But at that price, even if I just used it for layers it would be worth it! :-)

PTI Kraft has a suede like texture and look and Bazzill Kraft is more like a paperbag and grainy! HTH
