Default Where do you buy gamisol?

Hi stampers,

I viewed someone using Gamisol with a paper pen on their stamping project last night. They stamped their image, colored it in with water colored pencils on water colored paper then used the paper coated pen with Gamisol on it to finish their project. She just blended all of the colors together and it looked beautiful. It almost looked like a water colored painting.

Has anyone heard of this and do you know where Gamisol can be purchased?

Gamosol is odorless mineral spirits. You can find it at Michaels in the art supply section - it goes by the Mona Lisa brand name.

You can also get it at walmart in the paint supply section (non-art supply like home decor paint)

Thanks for the info. I didn't realize that it was mineral spirits. I checked out Gina K's and I found it along with the pencil stumps which was another term I was not familiar with. Gotta try it because I am not great at water coloring and hopefully these products might help. So thank you all for your imput.

Just a note: You'll need to use regular colored pencils. I don't think watercolor pencils will work with OMS. It's a fun technique. Happy stamping!
