Do you mean the rubber mat to emboss Nesties in the CB? If so I got mine at allthatscraps.com
Not sure where to get large sheets of chipboard, I just use coasters.

Chipboard - I reuse backs of notebooks, cereal boxes, desk calendars. The packs of GBC presentation covers (acetate) come with a chipboard support that's great to use in the CB for my cards. I feel better "repurposing" these materials. Makes me feel green.

Foam - I get "Foamies" at my local Walmart and Michael's. Not too expensive and works just fine in the CB.

HTH!

I don't know about chipboard, but you can get the mat needed for embossing from Lowe's or Home Depot in the plumbing section. (I think that it's called plumber's gasket.) Comes in two thicknesses and is much less expensive than the tan mats specifically for use in embossing.
