The folded notecard measures 3-3/8 x 5-1/4. Love these notecards. So great for Watercolor Crayons.

Default Fabriano Mediovalis Notecards

Hey everyone,
These cards are so pretty in the gallery that I am seeing. I have a question about them. What sizes do you guys order? I'm a little confused about the measurements that the websites give. Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks so much!

Question Fabriano cards question

I have seen y'all using these beautiful cards, and I am looking to get some. I found them at www.dickblick.com but wonder which size y'all are using. And am I even looking at the right thing?
Here's a chart of sizes they have available
Invitation Single
6" 8"
152 mm 203 mm

Invitation Folded
6" 8"
152 mm 203 mm

Regular Single
Card
4-1/2" 6-3/4"
114 mm 171 mm

Regular Short
Folded Card
4-1/2" 6-3/4"
114 mm 171 mm

Regular Long
Folded Card
6-3/4" 4-1/2"
171 mm 114 mm

Reply Single
Card
3-1/2" 5-1/4"
89 mm 133 mm

Reply Folded
Card
3-3/8" 5-1/4"
86 mm 133 mm

Do they not have a traditional size? What are y'all using?
Thanks!!

I think they are using the reply folded card 3 3/8 x 5 1/4. I bought mine from
StarLitStudio on Ebay. She sells them in packs of 25 if you don't need 100.

Could someone please explain the difference between "reply folded" and "reply single"??? There is a little price differential and wish someone could explain this to me. TIA

I "think" that this means a folded card vs. a cardfront.

I also bought some from Starlit Studio...the 4" x 4" ones with envelpes. I think I'll get the other size as well.

yep, that is exactly it. The other one that is so popular is the 5 inch square cards. Check out Cindy's site (starlit studios). Not sure if I spelled that correctly or not. here is her e-bay store:

I am not sure what the minimum measurement has to be for USPS but somewhere I thought I read it was 4 x 5? I was disappointed to know our small notes can't be mailed. Anyone know the size? I know the larger or square ones require more postage.

I got this size, I am quite impressed with Cindy's service and product offerings, but was disappointed about how much smaller these were compared to a traditional sized card (4.25 x 5.5) - not Cindy's fault, mine. I just didn't realize how much of a difference the size difference would make.

If/when I order again I will definitely get the 5 x 5 size so it is closer to the size I'm used to working with. I do wish these were offered in the more traditional sizes but Cindy is so great I definitely wouldn't order elsewhere even if they were offered some place else.
