I bought a custom one on ebay. It says Handmade by Sonia, a fairy collecting stars in the center and under that my website which has nothing to do with cards, just my fantasy painting. I figure i can stamp anything that I make with it. =)
I order my custom stamps on Ebay from a nice lady in Malaysia. It normally takes approx 10 days for them to arrive but I just love her stuff. They are clear stamps. Price is normally $5.00 to $7.00 each.
blessings.
I had self-inking stampers with logos made by thestampmaker.com.
Red ink - two hearts - Handcrafted With Love From Our Hearts (I use this one on cards that friends and I mass produce for From Our Hearts for the troops)
Black ink - paw print - Created with my own two paws! Arlene
Purple ink - splot - Hand Crafted with love by Arlene
Blue ink - pen & ink pot - Arlene inked this for you with love!!!
Green ink - palm tree, sun, water - Arlene's stamping while waiting for the next snorkeling trip
What does your custom stamp for the backof cards say

Stampin Granny: Dollar stores in Canada are different from the ones in the U.S. I winter in Arizona and lament the fact that your dollar stores do not carry the same type of craft supplies that our dollar stores do.
I'm thinking about getting a stamp with my name on it for the backs of my cards. I like the idea of the custom clear stamps that CTMH orders. The third option in their catty has an emblem to the left and words to the right. The only thing that doesn't look right to me is the wording isn't centered and is left justified. I'm also not feeling the love for their sample of "Hand stamped with Heart" on the first line. I thought I'd see what others use for wording. I was looking at the following for the first line and the second line would be my name, either just my first or both my first and last:

My one concern is not all my cards are stamped but they are handmade. I also recall reading somewhere that "Handmade" and "Homemade" tend to have a negative connotation and it is perceived that "handmade/homemade" is inferior to store bought (or something similar to that line of thinking).
I'm probably over-analyzing this. Thanks in advance for your opinions.
Mine is in the shape of the State of Montana and says Made in Montana

I love reading all the ideas...sounds like most stick to one favorite...same here...
I had a custom one made with a little pencil sketch bunny face (would like to have a new one done with a canoe...but never got around to it)
It's a long line...and says:

(blog address here)
I always sign and date the backs too.
I used to just sign them, but all too often had people asking where they can get one....and my written signature is unreadable. LOL
I don't sell mine anywhere, so I never needed an angel policy stamp...but I do have a few logo stamps from the companies I use most in case I decide I need to sell cards.

I hope you see this message....I am looking for that exact stamp..the one about sticking pins in their butt. Where did you get it and about how long ago?
The Stamps of Life have a really cute back of card stamp set. One says, "I made this card just for you. {I expect you to keep it forever and ever!}. I also have one that says, "I made this card by hand. If you throw it away, those same hands will create a doll in your image and stick pins in it's butt." LOL! I use that one for Halloween cards. I also have "What did you expect, Hallmark?" as well as several "Handmade by:" "hand stamped by" "for you from me" etc.
Can you possibly tell me where you got the stamp about sticking pins in the butt? I am looking for that exact stamp!

Mine says "Designed by [name]" and I have been content with it for the last twenty years or so. I also have some sheets of circular gummed labels I printed for very dark cardstock that won't show black ink well - probably with the same wording.
My daughter got me the pins in the butt stamp a few years ago but doesn't remember where she got it. However, I looked at mine and it is a Hampton Art stamp.......maybe that will help your search.
buggainok
I love what you said about hand written signatures on the back of cards-I too have some from favorite people. I am a snowflake collector, so my insignia (not custom) is just a single 1/2 inch snowflake stamped in silver, sparkle pen used on the flake tips, and my hand written name in fine point black pen below.
I purchased a few from a seller on ebay, "loonchai74" a few years back. I actually got his name from a post on SCS. Sadly his shop has closed down and I am unable to locate him. :( The stamps were excellent quality.
What I did was purchased a few different designs from him with no name...just the design & misc text ie :Handcrafted by, made especially for you by, made with love by, etc.
That way depending on whom I am making a card for I can sign it mom, Grammy, etc.
I recently purchased one from Unity Stamps for my Christmas cards and it too was of excellent quality.
