Default Vintage postcards

With vintage being all the rage, I have an advantage. I have so many old postcards that were given to me years ago. Some even have fringe on all the edges. So, what I have been able to do is copy these postcards on to card stock. These date back to the early 1900's. I believe if I wanted to sell a card using one of these copies I would be fine because of the age, but I am not 100% sure so I will only use them on cards I give away. Some are absolutely beautiful! I think I will look for more when I go antique shopping.

Sounds fun. I dont know about the copyrights....the people who made them might have them. Some stuff could be public domain though meaning anyone can use it.

I have never seen a postcard with a fringe. I would love to see if you can post a pic!

Sorry it has taken me so long to answer you. Below are two examples of fringed postcards and a fringed name card. I hope I have done this correctly so that they show.

WOW those are FANCY with the fringe. haven't seen that before

I did get notebook that my grandma had of vintage valentines, from the 30s? I think they were hers and she was born in 1924. so school age would have been in the 30s

Most of my postcards date before 1920.
