You can get this stuff called E-Z Mount to temporarily mount stamps to acrylic blocks. It's an all in one foam mounting product that has adhesive on one side and vinyl cling on the other so it's ready to adhere to the smooth side of the rubber stamp.
You could also get the foam padding and vinyl cling separately from places online. I've ordered some from
Cowtown Stamps. They have a handy starter kit that comes with acrylic blocks, foam mounting cushion, and vinyl cling.
Or you could do what she said in the previous post and permanently mount your stamps to wood blocks. I've only seen wood blocks online at stamp stores, but you could probably find them at craft stores as well.
Personally, I've used the E-Z Mount system and LOVE being able to temporarily mount stamps to acrylic blocks. It makes stamp sets easy to store
