Default Tonic Keepsake dies

Hi , does anyone know if you can use the Keepsake box dies in a Big Shot or in a Big Shot Plus. I would like to buy the Box dies dies , but no point if they do not fit in the Big Shot.
Thanks everyone

Tippy

Tippy,

I asked in our Tonic Blog Ambassador group and found out that you can use all of the Indulgence Keepsake Dies except the Square Cracker Die and the Balloon Weight Box die in the regular Big Shot.

The Balloon Weight Box die and the Square Cracker Die are considered A4 sized so that means you will need the Big Shot Plus or something that size (like the Tangerine, Cut 'n Boss, Grand Caliber, etc) to use those dies.

Hope that helps you. If you have more questions just let me know!!

Default Keepsake dies

Hi Debbie, thanks for getting back to me. Think I may have to invest in the Bigshot Plus at some time.
Kind regards
Tracey

Debbie...since you seem to be 'in the know' concerning Tonic dies, may I ask you where in the world a person can find measurements on their dies. I liked a doily die and found measurements only in cm, and I think the conversion is too large. Unless these dies are way too big for an A2 card!
Thanks

I just started on the USA Tonic Blog Ambassadors team. I am waiting for some supplies and then I will get started!

If you let me know what doily die it is, I can check my stash and measure it for you. I will make sure to let Tonic know that we need measurements in inches, too!

Also you might want to check out the Tonic-Gold USA website. There are lots of tutorials, information and such.

Thanks. That website is where I found their products. The ones I'm interested in are all Intrica...Dotty Lace...Rose Circle...Wild Vine Circle...Butterfly Circle. Doily-type dies.

The Rose Circle is 2x19x24 cm. So I looked up the conversion to inches and it would be .78 x 7.4 x 9.4 inches. Which doesn't help me in the slightest. But I do have that die and have checked it in my regular Big Shot and it does fit. I also have the Butterfly circle and Wild Vine and those two fit also. I have a Stampin' Up Big Shot and it is pretty old. But they all worked in it. I did have to give the die a turn and run it back thru a second time on these dies because they are very intricate. I use my Ebosser everyday and I don't have to run them thru twice. I don't know if its my Big Shot or the size of the Ebosser plates as they are 9 x 12.

Hope this helps.

I have a Big Kick, same as regular Big Shot. They only take 6" wide. Plates are a hair over 6". Did you measure your actual dies?
Thanks

I would suggest checking Amazon periodically for holiday sales. I got my Big Shot Plus for $103 at Thanksgiving last year with their holiday sales, so you never know what you might find!!!
