Smile Tips on getting unmounted SU stamps to stick to clear block?

Does anyone have tips on how to get the Stamp'n Up unmounted/clear block stamps to stick to the clear block better? I have issues with the letters in my alphabet stamp set sticking to the block when I go to stamp.
Thanks so much in advance!

1. Put a tiny bit of Tombow (green/white bottle) on the cling vinyl. When dry, remove extra stickiness by sticking it to your jeans/pants, or back of your hand a few times.
2. Put a strip of removable adhesive on the block for the stamp to adhere to. You can then rub off the adhesive when you're done, or clean with soap/water.

Don't use the index stickers.

I find that I only have trouble when it's cold. I breathe on the block to add a little moisture. Pressing on the stamp for a couple of seconds helps it stick better too.

5. Be sure to press from center, and press well for a few seconds.

Does anyone know if Stampin' Up is looking into this problem? The customers should not br having so much trouble. I know not everyone is having trouble but there have been several threads just here asking basically the same thing. The SU demos must be getting complaints from their customers also.

I asked this question before also and other here were very forthcoming with suggestions. I tried some of them. Some worked for awhile but then the stamps started falling off the blocks again. I like that the stamping surface is red rubber so the stamped image (when I can keep it from falling off my block) is nice and clear.

I like having the label attached the stamp so I can tell which stamp I have and also the top of the image. Also, when I am stamping a saying/sentiment, I know what wording I am stamping.
